पंचायत चुनाव क्षेत्रों में तीन दिनों के लिए सूखा दिवस घोषित
जिला परिषद् एवं पंचायत समिति सदस्यों के चुनाव के दौरान संबंधित क्षेत्र में तीन दिन सूखा दिवस रहेगा। वित्त (आबकारी) विभाग के संयुक्त शासन सचिव श्री औंकारमल राजोतिया ने बताया कि पहले चरण के चुनाव के लिए 21 नवम्बर सायं 5 बजे से 23 नवम्बर सायं 5 बजे तक, दूसरे चरण में 25 नवम्बर सायं 5 बजे से 27 नवम्बर सायं 5 बजे तक, तीसरे चरण के लिए 29 नवम्बर सायं 5 बजे से 1 दिसम्बर सायं 5 बजे तक एवं चौथे चरण के चुनाव के लिए 3 दिसम्बर सायं 5 बजे से 5 दिसम्बर सायं 5 बजे तक सूखा दिवस रहेगा।

जयपुर जिला कलक्टर श्री अन्तर सिंह नेहरा ने सभी उपखण्ड अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया है कि 13 से 16 नवम्बर तक धनतेरस, दीपावली, गोवर्धन एवं भाईदूज के त्योहार को देखते हुए क्षेत्र में निरंतर निगरानी रखी जावे तथा यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि त्योहार शांतिपूर्वक एवं भाईचारे से सौहाद्रपूर्ण माहौल में संपन्न हो। उन्होंने क्षेत्र में पड़ने वाले पेट्रोल पंपों, चिकित्सालयों आदि शांत क्षेत्रों के आस-पास सतर्कता रखते हुए सांप्रदायिक दृष्टि से संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में विशेष निगरानी रखने के निर्देश दिए हैं

INDIAN ARMY HANDS OVER 20 FULLY TRAINED MILITARY HORSES AND 10 MINE DETECTION DOGS TO BANGLADESH ARMY
In an endeavor to further strengthen the bilateral relations between the two countries in general and between the two Armies in particular, the Indian Army gifted 20 fully trained military horses and 10 mine detection dogs to Bangladesh Army. These equines and canines were trained by the Remount and Veterinary Corps of Indian Army. The Indian Army has also trained Bangladesh Army personnel for training and handling these specialist dogs and horses.
